Welcome to the Multi Billion Dollar Affiliate Network (“Affiliate Network”). By registering and participating in our program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before joining. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

1.1 Affiliate: An individual or entity participating in the Affiliate Network to promote products/services in exchange for commissions.

1.2 Advertiser: A business offering products/services to be promoted by Affiliates.

1.3 Affiliate Program: The partnership framework between Multi Billion Dollar and Affiliates.

1.4 Commission: The fee payable to Affiliates for generating valid actions (sales, leads, or other agreed-upon outcomes).

1.5 Prohibited Activities: Activities deemed unacceptable as described in Section 7.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.

2.2 Participation is void where prohibited by law.

2.3 Affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Registration and Account Management

3.1 All Affiliates must register at www.multibilliondollar.com.

3.2 Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3.3 Multi Billion Dollar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violations of these Terms.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

4.1 Affiliates shall only promote products/services provided through the Affiliate Network.

4.2 Affiliates must comply with applicable laws, including data protection regulations, advertising standards, and intellectual property rights.

4.3 Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or liabilities arising from their participation in the program.

5. Commissions and Payments

5.1 Affiliates will earn commissions based on the agreed-upon rate for valid actions.

5.2 Payments will be made monthly, provided the Affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold of $[Insert Amount].

6. Intellectual Property

7. Prohibited Activities

• Use spam or unsolicited communications.

• Employ cookie stuffing, ad stacking, or similar fraudulent practices.

• Promote illegal or unethical content.

• Use unauthorized traffic sources (e.g., bots, click farms).

7.2 Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program with written notice.

8.2 Upon termination, Affiliates must cease using Multi Billion Dollar’s materials and remove all links.

8.3 Commissions accrued up to the termination date will be paid if they meet the payout threshold and are not subject to disputes.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared by Multi Billion Dollar.

9.2 Unauthorized disclosure of confidential information may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Multi Billion Dollar is not liable for:

• Losses incurred by Affiliates.

• Service interruptions or delays.

• Errors in tracking or reporting.
  

10.2 Affiliates participate in the program at their own risk.

11. Amendments

11.1 Multi Billion Dollar reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

11.2 Affiliates will be notified of significant changes and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
